Details

Before transport is scheduled, each party, (Warzala’s Wheatens and you) will need to Consent and Sign our Terms and Conditions Agreement which will be signed and dated and returned to Warzala’s Wheatens. 

Transports are booked on a first come first served basis with regard to dates and our availability. I will be delivery your puppy to you, in the event that I am not able to, I will have my preferred puppy nanny bring your puppy to you. 

 

If two pets are traveling in one carrier they would need to fit comfortably and have enough room to turn and lay. Also, combined pets cannot weigh more than 15 lbs in one single carrier. Failure to comply will result in NO REFUNDS.

Payments are accepted via Venmo. Transport must be paid in FULL before transport date. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE once transport is booked and scheduled.

Deposit must be paid in order to book/hold a tentative date. Remainder fees must be paid 72 hours before transport date.

Once agreement and deposit is received by Warzala’s Wheatens, we will then work out a tentative date with all parties involved.

24 hours prior to transport, Warzala’s Wheatens will contact you confirming meet up location.

All parties involved will need to have access to a cellphone with text messaging capabilities in order to communicate properly.

Warzala’s Wheatens will do everything possible to ensure pet is kept in a clean and sanitized environment throughout the entire transport from pickup to delivery.

 

 

 

 

Policy

Agree to all terms and conditions. 

Place a 50% deposit to secure tentative transport date. Remaining balance will need to be paid 72 hours before transport date.

Pet bag options need to be confirmed. 

• Opinion 1: You supply the pet bag, ship it to our location. At delivery, you will keep the bag for your personal usage. Must be airline approved. 

• Opinion 2: You will use one our our airlines approved bags. They are well vented, roomy and lined with potty pads in the event the puppy has an accident in the carrier. The bag will be washed before your puppy uses it. At delivery I will then take the carrier back with me. 

For potty breaks, your puppy will not be allowed to use public pet relief areas. We will use a family restroom, line the floor with potty pads, after puppy is relieved, we will sanitize the area and dispose of all puppy pads, Your puppy still has a growing immune system and we don’t want any germs to make your puppy sick. This is why we refrain from using the public pet areas  

We will never allow the puppy to be outside of the pet carrier to walk freely. They will remain in the carrier at all times, or I will be holding them. We will not allow anyone to pet or hold your puppy. 

Food and water will be supplied before the trip. We always make sure the puppy has adequate time to eat and potty before the trip. Water will always be available during the trip. 

We will also have a few toys to help pass the time and avoid boredom. 

My location will be shared with you when leave my home to head to the airport. It will remain on until we meet up at your local airport. I will send text updates through the trip.  

We guarantee that your puppy will remain safe at all times. We insure that your puppy will arrive to you in good health. We will ensure that this delivery trip will be as stress free as possible for you and your puppy.

Price

Our service cost is the following: 

Cost of ticket, You will be responsible for the ticket cost.

In the event that an overnight stay is a must you will need to cover the hotel cost.  We do try to avoid an overnight stay as much as possible. 

If the airline charges a pet fee, this will be your responsibility as well. 

$700 nanny fee ($350 is deposit), this covers all operating cost to ensure your puppy arrives to you safely, it also covers our nanny’s time. This is usually an all day event for them.
